We at wewatea are pleased to follow a free exchange/return policy within the

 UAE, whereby the customer can return the product if he is not 100% satisfied within a period of 14 working days from the delivery date.

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment

Please follow the steps below to request a return:

  1. Go to “My Account”.
  2. Click “Back.”
  3. Choose “New Product to Return” and select the products you would like to return.
  4. Click Continue and enter your address and reason for the return. You are also asked to select your preferred refund method.
  5. The shipping company representative will collect the products to be returned within 1-2 days.
  6. After receiving the products, we will return the amount as an electronic credit to your wewatea account within 48 hours.

If you are unable to make a return, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Visit the service center via “ My Account ” to create a ticket or contact us to start the return process.
  2. We will contact the shipping company to collect the product from your location within two business days.
  3. After the products are delivered, the paid value will be transferred to your account as an electronic credit within 48 hours, allowing you to use it for future purchases.
